I Don’t Know Where to Start with S&C, Here's How!

Hey reader,
Many PE teachers and Sports Coaches think S&C isn’t their priority or job. Incorrect! You have a big role to play in an athletes development outside of technical and tactical.
One Idea:
You don’t need to be an S&C coach to coach movement. You just need to know how to layer simple, effective movement patterns into the sport you already coach.
One Practical Example:
In a warm-up, instead of generic jogging, use a simple warm up:
Head Shoulder Knee Cone → Squat and Reach, Spiderman Stretches and Inch Worms → Banded Runs to Develop Acceleration → Rock Paper Scissors Partner Race over 5-10m,
These build coordination, speed, and movement in 5 minutes.
One Action This Week:
Pick one warm-up this week and replace your usual run-stretch routine with a movement sequence that includes a movement or aspect you want to develop with your athletes. Keep it fun and engaging.
