I just wanted to share I have a new coaching mentorship programme coming up for Sports Coaches, PE teachers and any S&C coaches / PTs that want to learn about how they can impact their athletes movement and physical development in a fun, practical way!

From your feedback, this is something I wanted to create but I need your help to sort out the finer details.

Athletic Skills Coach Mentoring Programme Coming January 2025!

What would the programme involve?

• 6 month programme starting in January

• Each month will be a different topic/area of Strength & Conditioning such as Speed, Agility, Power, Fundamental Movements, Programming, Integrating within Technical Training and more!

• One monthly group call from us or an expert speaker on a specific topic to share knowledge, practical solutions and advice to take in to your coaching. This will be recorded.

• Tasks set in your own time to implement your learnings but time to get feedback from us and the group.

• Exclusive content such as resources, videos and feedback.

• 2 x round tables with experts in different areas such as nutrition, S&C, psychology, performance analysis and more and opportunity to ask questions.

• Be in a community of other coaches to share questions daily and post your coaching wins. Grow together!

This will be launching soon and due to start 1st January!
