I wanted to share a case study of a coach who has made significant strides towards becoming their own version of an elite coach!

Let me introduce you to Simon!

Simon approached me with the goal of improving his athletes' movement and physical abilities, alongside his sports coaching business. He offers 1-on-1 sessions, as well as camps and workshops in schools.

We discussed some key learnings that he could implement right away. Simon gained an understanding of essential principles to apply, allowing him to tailor his coaching to the unique needs of each athlete and their athletic development.

He learned that:

  1. Physical development can be fun and doesn't require a gym.

  2. It's a crucial component of a youth athlete's development alongside their sport.

  3. He has a significant role to play in his athletes' development as a coach.

Simon began incorporating movement and athletic development sessions alongside his sports coaching. He's already seeing benefits, not only in his athletes' physical abilities but also in the increased interest in his business. His sessions have grown in popularity.

Now, he's running twice as many 1-on-1 sessions (from 10 to 20 per week now earning £800 a week from these) and has increased the value of his workshops by offering more comprehensive coaching services.

This progress was achieved over just three months of working with us. Simon is now planning to add more athletic development sessions to his program in the winter.
