Hey reader,
Firstly, we have had a few new subscribers recently so welcome to you! And also hello to my previous loyal subscribers 😉
I’m going to ask one thing from you below so I’ll ask now also! Hit reply on what topics you’d like to read more of on this newsletter to best help you!
This newsletter is all about how to be an Elite Coach and how you can develop an Elite Athlete along the way. Elite can be defined by whatever you feel is appropriate for you. Elite may be to be the best coach delivering highly quality coaching. Elite may also be a lifestyle you want to coach alongside your life and work and follow your passion. Elite could be earning more through your passion and impacting more athletes. Elite could just be being the best coach you can be and serve your community.
This newsletter will be out twice a week and emails will drop in your inbox every Wednesday and Saturday 8am. It will have lots of insights, practical information, the latest research and tips to develop your own coaching and have a greater impact on your athletes/clients!
I best introduce myself again so you know who is on the others side of this email!
I’m Isaac. I have been a Strength and Conditioning coach for 7+ years, studied Leeds Beckett which was followed by 6 years coaching in professional cricket across mens, women’s, academy and grassroots levels.
Following this, I have coached in a school across various sports, tennis, golf, football, lacrosse, netball to name a few.
Now I have set my business up, Athletic Skills which is all about helping Sports Coaches, S&C coaches and PTs to learn more about S&C so they can impact their athletes movement and physical development alongside their technical coaching.
Now, the main reason for this email…. A question for you!
What content would you want more to be included in the newsletter? Anything related around the topics of fundamental movement, physical development, fitness and coaching mindset and if you have any other things then do tell me also!
Hit reply and tell me what topics and things you want to read more about that can best help you develop as a coach!
Look forward to hearing about you and what you want more of!

Isaac
