Be an Elite Coach:
Is Your Engine on Empty? Are You Running on Low Energy?
Coaching can be draining, both physically and mentally.
You often need to be at the top of your game to bring energy to your group, focus on their development, and identify areas for improvement.
But doing this every day, often late into the evening, can affect your sleep, eating habits, and social life.
One major lesson I've learned is to recognize when to say, "No, I need a rest," and take a day or so to recharge.
By doing this, I not only benefit myself—gaining more energy and focus—but also those I coach, as I'll be able to provide a better service!
If you're starting to feel low on energy or stuck in a cycle, don't be afraid to take a step back and recharge.
